Slightly Mad Studios the makers of Project Cars have included Oculus VR support for over a year now. With each release of the Oculus SDK they update their game shortly thereafter.
Why Project Cars Is My New Favorite Oculus Rift Racing Game
Slightly Mad have included several bug fixes and some enhancements as well as official support for Oculus 0.8.0 SDK. Although in testing I found it worked fine anyway.
Stephen Viljoen from Slightly Mad had his to say about the progress of Project Cars towards the final consumer release of the Oculus Rift:
A note on the Oculus Rift support - We're internally working with the post 0.8 SDK that will be released along with the headset. We have a bunch of updates and features in the works already, but due to the newer SDK only rolling out to the general public when Oculus releases the headset, the Project CARS Oculus Rift updates will also be released at that time, right when you guys will be receiving your shiny new CV1 headsets.
Project cars will be ready to go with full Oculus Support Day 1. After you open your new Oculus Rift CV1 I recommend you take Project Cars for a spin.
