Originally Ace Combat 7 was a PS4 exclusive. Then, Bandai Namco announced back in January that it would bring Ace Combat 7 to Xbox One and PC. However, for VR fans there are VR missions that utilize PlayStation VR (PSVR).
Alas, Bandai Namco announced the game is delayed to 2018.
Ace Combat 7 producer Kazutoki Kono said of the delay:
"The combination of the Unreal 4 Engine and the power of current generation consoles and PC hardware have literally opened the 'skies of opportunity' to us to develop the best Ace Combat experience to-date."
In a little bit of good news for journalism folks and those lucky enough to nab an E3 badge. Bandai Namco has also confirmed it will be at this years E3 event in June to show the non-VR missions.
