Microsoft's Project Scorpio Becomes Xbox One X and shipping November 7 2017

During the E3 2017 press conference. Microsoft officially named the “Project Scorpio” the Xbox One X available on November 7, 2017.

All current Xbox One accessories will work on the new Xbox One X, alongside all current Xbox 360 backward compatible titles and Xbox One games. Microsoft even says the XBox One x can super sample current games, so they look better on 1080p TVs.

The new Xbox One X console will ship with 6 teraflops of graphical power. This is compared to the 4.2 teraflops on the PS4 Pro.

Price for Xbox One x is confirmed to be $499.

For those interested in getting a good price on the existing Xbox one S. Starting today, there will be a $50 price drop.
