Palmer Luckey is contributing to the Revive project with $2,000 a month

Revive is the best way to play Oculus exclusive games and software on the HTC Vive.

Revive was developed and is continually updated by Jules Blok. Jules in his desire to continue the effort and help pay for his college posted a project on Patreon seeking financial assistance. Patreon allows people or companies to create a page and request funding on a monthly basis. In the case of Revive, Jules has confirmed that Palmer Luckey is contributing to the Revive project to the tune of $2,000 a month.

Palmer Luckey has always been an advocate of the VR community that it should be open to all. Open to all will help to grow the VR industry. Facebook/Oculus has funded and created their content and therefore wish to keep it for themselves. Oculus did experiment with DRM for a brief time but later dropped it.

As some of you suspected the sudden extreme jump in the pledge amount is indeed by Palmer Luckey. I'd like to thank him for his pledge and everything he has done for the VR community as a whole.
