E3 is just around the corner, and I'm looking forward to seeing what VR devs have to show.
The Assembly - Two Perspectives which was first unveiled last year by developer nDreams. Has now been ported to the Unreal Engine 4, which has "enhanced every aspect of the game". It's also recruited Sony's own Rob Morgan, who's reworked the story for the firm.
The Assembly is an immersive adventure in VR with two sides to everything. An experience where perspectives shift, the right choice is never clear, and a question is always left open: When does the end justify the means?
The Assembly has been experimenting below the Nevada Desert. Hidden from the world, unconstrained by government scrutiny and society’s morals, this collective of scientists, engineers and academics are free to experiment as they choose.
But what is The Assembly hiding? What will it sacrifice in the name of progress? And how far will it go to keep its operations secret?
The Assembly is expected to be released alongside Sony Project Morpheus (PS4) but will also support HTC Vive & Steam VR (PC), and Oculus Rift (PC)
Looking forward to E3...
